Refund Eligibility: If the delivered design fails to meet agreed proposal specifications, clients may request a partial refund based on milestones.

Trial Period: New clients can opt for a 7-day trial period. If unsatisfied during this trial, you may request a full service cancellation and refund.
Post-Trial: After the trial, service ceases at the end of the billing cycle.
3. Mobile & Web App Engineering
Initial Deposit: Non-refundable upfront deposit covering initial architecture and planning.
Completion Guarantee: Refund requests may be evaluated within 7 days if agreed functionality is missing.

Service Guarantee: We provide detailed ranking and traffic progress reports. If no measurable results are achieved within 3 months, clients are eligible for partial refund assessment.
